Payment Terms
Setup Fees
All one-time setup fees are due in full before work begins. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Cancellation
You may cancel monthly services with 30 days written notice. No refunds are issued for partial months already billed.

Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and deliverables created by To The Tee for your business become your property upon full payment. To The Tee retains the right to use non-identifying work samples for portfolio and marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
Results Disclaimer
While we work diligently to deliver results, To The Tee does not guarantee specific business outcomes such as a defined number of leads, calls, reviews, or revenue increases. Results vary based on industry, market conditions, and factors outside our control.
Limitation of Liability
To The Tee's total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
